A Bridal Attendant will act as an assistant to the Wedding Venue Coordinator and assist our brides on the day of their weddings.
Responsibilities and Job Duties;
- Reports to Catering manager
- All job duties done alongside catering manager
- Manage the bridal suite
- Ensure the bridal suite is clean, stocked and prepared for the bride
- Assist the bride and bridal party during the morning of, ensuring all of their needs are met
- Assist and coordinate photo shoots and first looks
- Anticipate the brides needs throughout the duration of the wedding day
- Assist with all decor and setup along side catering manager
- Assist and coordinate wedding ceremony along side catering manager
- Assist with decor pack up
- Work closely with Wedding Venue Coordinator and Catering Manager to ensure a smooth day of event for the couple.
- Look out for the safety of our staff and guests.
- Ensure that our guests enjoy their stay with us.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Must be very flexible with your schedule - early morning and regular weekend work required.
